James M. Pulie Joins Center Capital Corporation

WATERBURY, Conn., June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Center Capital Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Webster Bank, N.A., a subsidiary of Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), announced today the appointment of James M. Pulie to director, Business Development for Center Capital's General Aviation Division. Pulie will be responsible for providing aviation financing solutions to the U.S. helicopter marketplace.

Pulie has more than sixteen years of aviation experience. Prior to joining Center Capital Corporation, he was national sales manager, Helicopter Finance for The CIT Group. He has also worked as business development officer, Aircraft Finance for DaimlerChrysler Capital Services and manager for United Technologies Finance Corporation.

Pulie has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and an MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven. He resides in Trumbull, Conn., with his wife and two children.
